Overview

Extract email addresses from pasted text. Duplicates drop out and each address sits on its own line. Free tool in your browser. Nothing is uploaded here.

What this page covers

It scans the paste for addresses shaped like name@domain.tld and lists them one per line.

Quick answer

Extract email addresses from pasted text. Duplicates drop out and each address sits on its own line. Free tool in your browser. Nothing is uploaded here. Use it in a browser with no account required, then review the output before publishing or shipping.

What the extractor keeps

It scans the paste for addresses shaped like name@domain.tld and lists them one per line. With the default setting, repeats collapse to a single lowercase address. Turn on Keep duplicates when you need every occurrence, including the original letter case.

What it will miss

Obfuscated addresses such as “name at example dot com” are left behind. An address glued to punctuation may lose a trailing period. This is a pattern match, not a mailbox check, so a well-formed string can still be undeliverable.

Privacy

The paste stays in this browser. Do not drop a customer export here if your workplace forbids local copies of contact lists. Copy the result into the system that is allowed to store it.

How to use this tool

  1. Open Email Extractor in a modern browser.
  2. Paste or type your text, code, list, or value into the input area.

Before you publish

Unicode styling, formatted code, and converted units can look correct in the preview but fail in the target app because of font support, line breaks, or platform limits.

Test a short sample in the destination (bio field, IDE, CMS, or spreadsheet) before you paste a long block.

Limits to keep in mind

Free browser utilities excel at quick edits, classroom exercises, and copy-paste formatting. They are not a replacement for licensed design software, production build pipelines, or compliance review.

When a platform rejects styled Unicode, fall back to plain ASCII from a case converter or remove formatting before you submit final copy.
